Preamble
CF2AD offers on www.cf2ad.om, an e-learning Marketplace, allowing student as buyers to enter into contact with instructors as sellers, individuals or professionals, with the aim of purchasing new products offered as training programms at competitive price. To use the Service, the Buyer must accept these Buyer General Conditions of Use without restriction or reservation. This acceptance is materialized by a validation click when registering on the e-learning Marketplace. Sales made through the e-learning Marketplace between Buyers and Sellers are governed by the General Conditions of Sale of the Service, which must also be accepted by the Buyer during each purchase.
Article 1: object
The purpose of these Buyer T&Cs is to define the conditions under which CF2AD makes technological tools available to Buyers to purchase Products from Sellers.
Article 2. Description of the e-learning Marketplace
The e-learning Marketplace is made up of technological tools allowing Buyers to contact Sellers with a view to placing orders for Products and settling the price of said Products. The e-learning Marketplace also includes a system for evaluating Sellers by Buyers. Transactions carried out via the e-learning Marketplace for the purposes of purchasing Products are concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller. CF2AD is in no way a reseller of Products offered by Sellers through the e-learning Marketplace. Therefore, Products purchased via the e-learning Marketplace cannot under any circumstances be returned or exchanged. However, all complaints can be brought to the attention of CF2AD by email to the address contact@cf2ad.om In the event of non-compliance with these General Conditions of Use Buyer, CF2AD reserves the right to temporarily interrupt or definitive access to the e-learning Marketplace to the Buyer concerned and to initiate legal proceedings against him.
Article 3. Access to the e-learning Marketplace
Access to the e-learning Marketplace by Buyers is reserved for personal and private use. It is subject to acceptance of these Buyer Terms and Conditions, and to the opening of an account on the Site. When opening this account, You must provide the data allowing your identification. You undertake to provide only accurate information, then to inform CF2AD without delay of any Change affecting them, by sending a simple email to contact@cf2ad.com. You undertake to keep your connection identifier and password secret. created when you opened your account, and not to disclose them to any third party. You will be solely responsible for access to the e-learning Marketplace via your identifiers and password, unless there is evidence of fraudulent use which is not attributable to You. In the event of loss, misappropriation or fraudulent use of your username and/or password, You agree to immediately notify CF2AD by email at contact@cf2ad.com
Article 4. Price of the service
Opening an account and using the e-learning Marketplace is free (excluding any connection costs, the price of which depends on your electronic communications operator), with no obligation to purchase on the Site. Only the purchase of Products from Sellers is chargeable, under the conditions provided for in the General Terms and Conditions.
Article 5. Personal data
The information and data concerning You are processed by CF2AD. The information necessary for delivery will be transferred to the Seller and the delivery company if needed for this purpose only. This information and data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations incumbent on CF2AD, with the aim of improving and personalizing the services that we offer to You.
Article 6. Intellectual property
All texts, or images of products on the Site are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property, for the entire duration of protection of these rights and for the entire world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, is authorized. Any reproduction, representation, modification or total or partial adaptation of the Site and/or all or part of the elements found on the Site or incorporated therein is strictly prohibited.
